Refund & Return Policy

All Sales Are Final

Returns are not accepted. Please carefully review all product descriptions, photos, and applicable laws before making a purchase. All bids and purchases are final.

Cancellation & Restocking Fee

All purchases must be completed within 5 business days, including payment and submission of any required shipping documentation. Failure to complete the transaction within this timeframe grants SBR Armory the right to cancel the purchase.

Any transaction exceeding 5 days due to non-completion by the purchasing party will be canceled and subject to a 20% cancellation and restocking fee.

Delivery Refusal

If you do not accept delivery, cannot legally accept it, or return the item for any reason, you will be responsible for all applicable fees as well as any incurred shipping costs. These costs will be deducted from any potential refund.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

SBR Armory is not liable for items lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is available at an additional cost and must be requested at the time of purchase or payment. Without selecting this option, SBR Armory is not liable for missing or stolen packages.

Firearms

All firearms are sold as-is. SBR Armory highly recommends having all purchased firearms inspected by a local gunsmith before use, particularly after shipping and transfer of ownership. We do not test fire all firearms.

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to research and understand all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding firearm ownership and transfers before making a purchase.

FFL Transfer Fees

The $100 cash transfer fee is non-refundable once the receiving FFL process has been initiated. This includes situations where a background check is delayed or denied.
